How do I reserve a meeting room?

Faculty, staff, and students may reserve the library and resource center meeting rooms for a variety of purposes.  Regular room reservations (meetings, study groups) need to be submitted at least two hours in advance.  

  1. To reserve a meeting room, go to the Reservations tab on the library homepage.
  2. Use the "Reserve a Meeting Room" dropdown menu to choose your location.  
  3. On the location page, use the "Go to Date" button to choose a later date. 
  4. Click on the green tile at the start time of your reservation. 
  5. Click the "Submit Times" button to request a 2 hour reservation. 
  6. Complete the following request form. 
  7. Click "Submit my Booking" to submit your request for review.  

You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation unless there is a room or time conflict. Library/Resource Center staff will contact you to resolve any conflicts. 

For accommodations testing reservations, please use the appropriate accommodations form on the main Reservations page.
