How do I reserve a meeting room?

Faculty, staff, and students may reserve the library and resource center meeting rooms for a variety of purposes. Regular room reservations (meetings, study groups) need to be submitted at least two hours in advance.
- To reserve a meeting room, go to the Reservations tab on the library homepage.
- Use the "Reserve a Meeting Room" dropdown menu to choose your location.
- On the location page, use the "Go to Date" button to choose a later date.
- Click on the green tile at the start time of your reservation.
- Click the "Submit Times" button to request a 2 hour reservation.
- Complete the following request form.
- Click "Submit my Booking" to submit your request for review.
You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation unless there is a room or time conflict. Library/Resource Center staff will contact you to resolve any conflicts.
