What can I request through Interlibrary Loan?

The library provides request forms for journal articles and books, the most common items requested through interlibrary loan. If you would like to request a DVD or other type of materials, please contact the ILL Department (ILLDept@south.edu) for assistance. In some cases, the ILL Book Request form can be used for requesting other types of materials such as DVDs. While libraries are not able to interlibrary loan ebooks, the library can interlibrary loan a copy of the print edition of ebooks, when one is available. Due to copyright restrictions, the library cannot interlibrary loan copies of course textbooks or required reading material.
