A typical book or DVD request takes from one to three weeks to arrive. However, this time depends on factors such as how long it takes to find a library that will lend the requested book, lending library’s policies for delivering books, and availability of the requested book or DVD. ILL requests are processed in the order that they are received. We recommend that you request needed materials several weeks before your deadlines.
